2014 Best Beauty Buys! ♥

I can't believe it's already almost 2014, i swear this year has flown by for me. I've had some many great times and I've made a lot of memories that I'll never forget. I also started this blog and fell in love with blogging and met friends when i thought i wasn't ever going to find any again. So, for me, 2013 has been a lovely year. I hope everyone else has had the same!

Now, onto the real order of business, beauty. As it's the end of the year, i thought I'd skip out a December favourites post as I'd much rather do a round up of my favourite products all year.  But it will be a little different than usual, I'll be having category's and may the best products win! I don't have a category for every single thing, as some i couldn't choose as i had a lot of favourites! <3

Make up

Best Foundation - Max Factor FaceFinity 3in1 Foundation. For me, this was a really easy decision. The last few months I've been using this foundation every day. It's long lasting, great coverage and for a really great price! Full Review Here.

Best Concealer - Revlon PhotoReady Concealer. I've always raved about the Collection Lasting perfection concealer, but this concealer has worked its way into my heart. It covers everything from blemishes to under eye circles without looking cakey or creasing. Full Review Here.

Best Highlighter - MAC Mineralize Skin Finish "Soft and Gentle". It took me ages to give in and buy this product. When i eventually picked it up, i fell in love instantly. It has a gorgeous golden shimmer and lasts all day, easily. Full Review Here.

Best Eyeliner (Liquid, Gel or Pencil) - L'Oreal Superliner Blockbuster. When i first saw this, i thought it would be hard to use, but I've found it to be my favourite liner for all occasions. It's easy to get a thin line or a thicker more dramatic line depending on my mood. The black is very pigmented and the staying power is brilliant!

Best Primer - Benefit The POREfessional. I'm sure no-one needs to read another post raving about this primer but I'm going to do it anyway. It keeps make up in place for ages, no matter what. It helps make your face pore-less, which is always a plus too!

Best Eyeshadow Base - MAC Paint Pot in "Bare Study". I love this product as it keeps my eyeshadow stay on for even longer and the champagne shimmer in the product, helps shine through helping to add a little bit of extra glam into any eye look. (Pssst, it even looks great on the lid alone!)

Best Eyeshadow - Maybelline ColorTattoo "Metallic Pomegranate". Like every other beauty blogger, i was so happy to see this little pot when it came to the start of Autumn. It's a gorgeous (as the name suggests) Metallic... Pomegranate colour. It's got lots of shimmer and is just so easy to use. Full Review Here.

Best Mascara - Benefit They're Real. Yet another beauty lover favourite, but it's easy to see why. It's extremely pigmented, adds so much volume and length to your lashes and makes them look like falsies! It'll stay on all day no matter what (through tears and all). Full Review Here

Best Palette - TheBalm BalmJovi Rockstar Palette. I've literally never loved a palette more. TheBalm's gorgeous packaging as well as the theme and the play on words for the shades make it lovely. Add in the lovely shades of eyeshadow, blush, highlight and lip and you'll see why this palette is my best of the best. Full Review Here.

Best Face Wash - Clean&Clear Exfoliating Daily Wash. I've raved about this a lot of times in the past, but let me just tell you this: It's soft enough to not irritate my sensitive skin but not too gentle that it doesn't clean and exfoliate my skin.

Best Face Mask - Origins Drink Up Mask. Sadly, i was cursed with very dry skin and this product really does help add back moisture into my skin. It smells so lovely too!

Best Make Up Remover - L'Oreal Skin Perfection Micellar Solution. Now can i say, I'm actually pretty lazy so this product is a godsend to me. It takes off all my make up gently and with one cotton pad! Full Review here.

Best Moisturiser - Garnier Moisture Match. I've said many times how much i love this. It's gentle and soothing on sore skin and it really helps make my skin feel soft and hydrated. Full Review Here

Best Facial Oil - BalanceMe Radiance Face Oil*. My skin has a tendency to look quite dull and this oil really helps with making my skin look glowing and radiant. I swear i use this everyday for a while and it still looks brand new!

Body Care

Best Body Wash - Soap and Glory Sugar Crush Body Wash. I love anything that smells like lime, so when i saw this, i was sold. Add in how long the scent lasts and how well it cleans, it's perfection!

Best Body Butter/Lotion - Soap and Glory Sugar Crush Body Buttercream. This ties in with the last one, as they're the same line but together, they work so well. The butter smells beautiful and helps keep skin on the body smell gorgeously sweet and feel soft and nourished! Full Review Here

Hair Care

Best Brush - Macadamia No Tangle Styler Brush*. Ever since i received this, i don't think I've used another brush since. It helps untangle my hair and keep my hair looking soft and healthy looking! Unlike other brushes, it doesn't pull any hair out!

Best Hair Mask - Argan Oil Hydrating Hair Mask. I found this little gem for only £1 and I've fallen in love with it. It makes my hair feel soft, healthy and looking shiny. It doesn't weigh down my hair but just makes it look amazing!

Best Hair Treatment - TRESemmé Split Remedy. I've been loving this for ages, it helps make my hair feel silky smooth and looking it too - especially helping disguise the look of split ends too!

Best Conditioner - L'Oreal Elvive Full Restore5 Conditioning Spray. I love the L'Oreal Elvive hair care line but this especially helps keep my hair healthy. I bleach my hair a lot and use heat often so this helps it make my hair look healthy and nice again!

Well, that took a while but there is my Best of Beauty Products for 2013! I hope everyone else has had a lovely year!

Happy New Year!!
And thank you for all the comments, views and follows this year. You're amazing.

Hey guys, long time no post! Sorry for the long delay in posting recently, if you want to know a bit more about that then please read my last post! Anyway, I hope everyone had a really lovely Christmas with their loved ones and got spoilt rotten too! I had a brilliant day with my family eating lots of food and opening lots of presents and a lovely evening celebrating my boyfriends 25th Birthday!

I was very lucky to get lots of gorgeous beauty gifts and I'm so thankful for each and every one. My family really do know me far too well! I got the Urban Decay Ocho Loco 2 set of 24/7 liners which i can't wait to try out as I've heard so many great things about them! I also got the Urban Decay 15th Anniversary eyeshadow palette with 15 beautiful shades. I've swatched these and they are heaven. I love Urban Decay eyeshadows!

Next i got the Liz Earle Gift of Great Skin boxset, which i am looking forward to using this evening as what beauty blogger hasn't tried the Hot Cloth Cleanser?! I also received some mini Soap and Glory goodies to use for while I'm at the boyfriends! I got the shampoo and conditioner (which smell so lovely!) and the Flake Away scrub!

In the sales, so far, I've picked up two Anatomical sets like the "another fine stress we've gotten you out of" which is so funny and looks like a lot of fun! And the "smacker in a cracker" one too! Both came to only £6! Bargain!

Look out for another bargain haul in the next few days! <3

An Explanation...

Hey guys, this isn't a beauty post today! It's more of a ramble because i'll be explaining my absence recently and how my blog is going to progress!

I've recently started a new job which is 50+ hours a week, i've been working so much that i've barely found time to blog. Add in the fact i'm so rarely at home, after work all i have energy for is a bath then getting into bed. My health has been acting up recently, more specifically my myalgic encephalomyelitis, which is an illness i thought i'd learnt how to manage, obviously not. While i'll be working on getting my health better and looking after myself better, i'll also be blogging still as i love blogging and i love all the friends i've made these last 9 months!

From now on, i won't be posting 4 times a week. I'll be posting 2 times a week (Wednesday and Sunday) at least for the forseeable future. So some weeks there might be more! Thanks to all the people who read my blog, leave lovely comments and just generally make me smile even when i'm having the worst day. I don't want to put out below average posts, so i'm going to be working out a time and day for writing up blogposts and other blog related stuff.

Thank you again, for being so great! ^_^ <3

NYX Roll On Shimmer | Review! ♥

To celebrate the release of NYX Cosmetics products in NEXT stores, i joined in the #NYXinNEXT chat on twitter with Sophia from TattooedTeaLady! It was a lot of fun as i adore NYX products and even won a little goodie bag of NYX products i'd yet to try!

These four products are perfect for the christmas party season and new year too! They are the NYX Roll on Shimmer (£4.50*) They're such lovely shades too - and there are another 12 available on the website! They're so pretty and incredibly pigmented and last a long time. I haven't noticed any fall out and they're easy to blend with either a brush or your hands. They're just Wow... They really do help make an impact! I have the shades "Platinum", "Onyx", "Walnut" and "Nude".

I really reccomend checking out NYX either in Next stores or online as their products are just amazing quality and for a really decent price too!

Have you tried these products? What did you think? Tell me in the comments!

Sigma Extended Wear Eyeliner | Declare! ♥

I've loved Sigma ever since i first tried out one of their products, the F80 Brush, but when this little beauty dropped through my post box, i was so excited to try it! I love eyeliner as i like to try different colours rather than just plain old black now and again. My favourite colours to wear are black or purple or grey!

Sigma Extended Wear Eyeliner in "Declare" (£8.95*) is a dusty purple/taupe colour. In some lights, it looks more purple whereas in other it's a taupey grey. I'm so impressed with how well this wears. Once applied, this eyeliner will not budge, at all. Like seriously, this lasts all day easily! It doesn't smudge or fade away throughout the day. The formula is really lovely too - very soft and creamy, which made it easily glide along my lash line! I cannot wait to try more Sigma cosmetics now after being so impressed by this product!

So...? Sweet Treat Gift Set + Giveaway! ♥

Brrrrrr, It's definitley December, i'm freezing! Now, with only 2 weeks and 6 days (to be exact!) until Christmas, most people are rushing around finding presents for their loved ones, i'm no exception and today i'm talking about a cute little gift set, perfect for a young beauty lover!

I've reviewed So...? products a couple of times in the past and you can read those here, but as i've said before So...? Kiss me was literally the only eau de toilette i used from the age of 12 until i was 18!  The Sweet Treat Gift Set has two 'mini' sized eau de toilettes as well as two cute lipbalms. My favourite scent in this set, is the So...? Sinful which i think is a really lovely scent and doesn't smell like too much but still keeps you smelling lovely! The little lip balms are cute too, each is little pink pots. I think this is a perfect little stocking filler for a young beauty lover as the perfumes are small enough to fit into a handbag or desk! This gift set is available at Tescos, Asda, Wilkinson and many more!

Now onto the even more fun part, i'm going to be giving away one of these gift sets! All you have to do to enter is follow my on twitter (@rosielouiselove) and follow So With Attitude on twitter too (@SoWithAttitude), For full terms and conditions click here. Leave a comment below telling me which So With Attitude scent is your favourite. The Winner will be picked at 8pm Sunday 8th December. Please leave your email and twitter in the comment so i may contact you.

November Favourites! ♥

It's been a very cold month but i really can't believe it's already December and Christmas is exactly 3 weeks away! Time flies. I love trying out new products all the time, I'm constantly on a quest to find my Holy Grail products,

This month I've been loving my Garnier Moisture Match Moisturiser. I love this moisturiser as i suffer from such dry skin which gets even worse this time of year. It's very thick and creamy but absorbs quickly and really helps my skin keep hydrated and soft! Another love this month is a new one for me and it's the LO'real Superliner Blockbuster which is brilliant. It's so easy to use, lasts all day and it's such a deep dark black. I haven't had any problems with smudging at all - it doesn't budge at all all day. The Collection lipstick in "2 Scorned" from the Gothic collection is another product I've been loving a deep purple which is really lovely on although it can look quite scary to some, but personally, i love dark lips! It's pigmented and doesn't slide at all but stays for a good amount of time. I've been wearing the Maybelline Blush in Flash Plum so often, it's the perfect Autumn/Winter blush! It looks really flattering sheer or built up and i always get compliments on my cheeks! Last but not least is the Argan Oil Hydrating Hair Mask which i picked up in Asda for only £1!!!!! I was so impressed with this, it made my hair feel soft as anything and didn't weigh it down at all and that was after only 5 minutes in my hair! Full review coming soon!

What products have you loved this Month? Tell me in the comments!
Lots of love,
Rosie xo

Barry M Smokin' Hot Palette! ♥

Ever since i started getting into beauty, I've always gone to Barry M for nail polish. They're affordable, easy to find and have a massive range. Recently, they've been releasing new products like palettes. I was really excited to try them out as i really wanted to see how the quality matched up to my expectations.

The Smokin' Hot Palette (£6.49) was the palette that caught my eye first. I have a bit of an addiction when it comes to smokey eyes, i love them! The palette has 6 eyeshadows and a blush as well as two double ended foam applicators. First things first, the packaging is pretty good. It's sturdy and is a simple black with hot pink lettering. It's not too bulky but could fit inside a make up bag if you wanted to travel with it.

The palettes eyeshadows consist of a shimmery white, matte baby pink, shimmery silver, shimmery gun metal grey (are you sensing a pattern?), shimmery black and a... matte black. I'm glad they added the matte black, as it's always a great eyeshadow to have to complete a lot of looks. I'm personally a big fan of shimmery eyeshadows, but if you're not, this palette isn't really for you.

As you can see, the pigmentation of the palette is quite hit and miss. Some of the shades have masses of colour pay off whereas others take quite a lot of building up to even show up! I love the shimmery black and gun metal grey as they're very pigmented but look really lovely on. Sadly, the matte black isn't very pigmented at all which could be seen as a good thing for others.

All in all, I'd say this is a great palette for new beauty lovers as it's affordable and the quality is overall pretty good.

Have you tried this product? What did you think? Tell me in the comments!
Lots of love,
Rosie xo

Beauty Essentials: When You're Ill! ♥

It's that time of year again. It's officially freezing cold all the time, at least it is here in the UK, and you can't go out without at least 15 layers on. So, inevitably everyone gets a cold. I've been really ill for a week and a bit now with the flu and without a couple of my beauty essentials, I'd feel even worse and look worse!
 photo beautyproductsforwhenyoureillbestmoisturiserwhenyoureill_zps81f61bdb.jpg

One of the things i find the most annoying about colds/flu is how dry the skin around your nose gets because you have to blow your nose every 12 seconds. It annoys me as i already have dry enough skin but this dries it out so much that i can't even wear any make up! One of my biggest saviours this time was the Origins Drink Up mask which helped give my skin back some of the moisture it lost and helped to soothe the sore, sensitive area. I've also been using the Garnier Moisture Match especially and i definitely saw an improvement once i started using it on those areas.

Another annoying part of being ill is how dry and chapped your lips get! I mean, how dare they get all chapped? Don't they know it's prime lipstick wearing weather?! I've been using a couple of different lip balms but I've been loving using my good old Vaseline Lip Therapy which really does what it says on the tin (this is also great for dry skin!) and the CocoRose tinted lip balm has helped make my lips look kissable again.

What Beauty Products do you use when you're in? Tell me in the comments!
Lots of love,

2 - Benefit Hello Flawless Foundation - I love foundations and I'm constantly on the hunt for the perfect one! I have only tried a couple higher end foundations and have heard lots of great things about this one!

NARS Fairy Kiss Palette! ♥

I've been lusting over NARS for too long now. I wanted to try everything they sell as everyone raves about the quality of their products and they look divine. I never knew what to pick up first though, a blush or a palette? Well, i'm obsessed with blushes and eyeshadow palettes equally, but while at my local NARS counter, this little palette caught my eye and i just instantly fell in love.
 photo photo26_zpsc1394c35.jpg
photo photo42_zps59c07bcc.jpg When it comes to packaging, NARS is brilliant. Compact and sturdy with matte black on the outside and a massive mirror on the inside. The palette isn't too big either - it easily fits into an make up bag if you wanted to travel with it. The palette has 6 shades - Monosque, Kalahari, Brousse, Tokyo, Brumes and Pandora. I love the name too - Fairys Kiss is such a pretty name! As the palette was limited edition i'm not sure if it's still being sold but all except one of the shades are in the permanent collection!

The quality really has impressed me. The shadows are soft and blend like a dream but last all day long! Even without a primer! The formula is lovely which means no awful fallout. Although it's expensive, i feel it's 100% worth it. You can get a few different kinds of looks - sexy and smokey or soft and subtle.

17 Phwoar Paint! ♥

As someone who has some intense dark circles/bags under my eyes, concealer is a product i'm constantly trying out. I'm always on the look out for that perfect all round concealer - good on blemishes AND under eyes! I need a concealer that easily covers up any imperfections but lasts all day and doesn't cake.
 photo photo41_zps7b66f9ea.jpg
 photo photo33_zps2a5b92db.jpg

I was seriously underwhelmed by the 17 Phwoar Paint. I mean, for a product that is designed for combatting the appearance of dark under eye circles, i feel like it didn't make enough of a difference. It did take the edge off, but not only could you still see most of my dark circles but it didn't last all day! To me, foundation and concealer should last all day. But i do like the formula of the concealer, it's very creamy in texture and easy to apply. All in all, i thought the concealer was okay, not brilliant for me but if someone only had very slight under eye circles, i think this would be the perfect product as i never noticed any signs of caking.

MAC Soft and Gentle! ♥

There are some bblogger favourite products out there, that after reading god knows how many reviews raving about the product, i cave in and buy it. Some products are so well loved that nearly every beauty blog has a review of it.

The MAC Mineralize Skin Finish in "Soft and Gentle" (£22) is one of those products. I've yet to meet anyone who has tried this and hasn't loved it. It's such a great product. It looks gorgeous, the powder is domed and you get quite a lot for your money too. It lasts so well - easily lasting all day for me! I love using it on my cheekbones, on my chin, down my nose and on my cupids bow. It's such a universally flattering product too as i think this would love gorgeous on everyone. I love highlighting products, i feel like they really finish a look! I'll definitely be trying out more of the MSF's!

My Slimfast Diet: Week 4! ♥

Hello beautiful people, today is the 4th week update for my Slimfast diet. Now i've been doing it over a month, i've noticed a few 'little' changes which are making me smile. My stomach is definitely getting flatter and i don't even get the cravings for junk food anymore! The only thing i've found that's kept me going is: not denying myself anything. Everything is fine in moderation, i love pasta and i've been eating a lot of pasta meals (mostly ready meals but a few home made recipes too!). I'm not a big sweet person anyway but Special K Cereal Bar in Chocolate and Mint is super yummy and sweet and only 90calories per bar.

I've decided to carry on slimfast until i've lost the weight. Mainly because, i've tried other diets before and never found they worked for me! Now i've found one that does work for me, i'll be staying on that one. I'm also joining the gym tonight - i want to start swimming a couple of times a week and to do a couple of sessions a week after work to help lose a bit more weight and to tone up.

I'm going out tonight for my Dad's birthday (for a chinese, my favourite!) but i'll be good and not over do it. I've found little hot chocolate sachets in plenty of flavours like mint, orange, caramel and white chocolate with only 35-40calories each, which are tasty and i'm not sure why but hot drinks always seem to fill me up! If i fancy something to 'eat' at lunchtime at work, i have a Chicken Noodle Soup in a cup from Sainsburys, 59calories per sachets and 4 sachets are only 80p! Bargain!

I've now lost a total of. 11lbs! I'm now on just over ten stone! I'm really happy :-) only another 10lbs to go!

I want to say a massive thank you to everyone who's left a comment or tweeted me or just generally been so lovely and supportive of me this last month. You're amazing <3

Too Faced Candlelit Glow! ♥

I don't know about anyone else but when it comes to payday and i rush out to Boots or Debenhams to spend some serious money, i always seem to head straight for the same brands. I've been wanting to try Too Faced for a long time and until recently, nowhere near me sold it! Thankfully, the larger Boots in my area now stock them so i have managed to pick up a few things.

Too Faced Candlelit Glow Highlighter is a product i've been lusting over for too long. I wasn't sure what the quality would be like. I'm so glad i took the plunge and bought it as it's actually beyond beautiful. The packaging itself, is gorgeous. It really stands out in my make up collection as it's so sweet. The compact is really sturdy with a gorgeous metallic cream on the top and metallic rose gold on the bottom. The actual product is beautiful in terms of appearance too as the powder shows a chandelier with hearts. It almost makes me not want to use it, incase i ruin it!

The Highlighter is in two parts. A white and a pink with the pink being slightly more subtle and more appropriate for daytime wear, but mixed together they make another lovely colour. The product has a really lovely golden shimmer to it. It lasts quite well throughout the day - a good 6/7 hours before it fades.

Have you tried this product? Tell me in the comments!
Lots of love,
Rosie xo

My Guide to Contour and Highlight! ♥

I can't be the only one, who when i started getting more and more into make up, was still baffled with contouring and highlighting. If not for me reading beauty blogs and watching beauty gurus for years, i doubt i'd even know what it was now! Over the last few years, i've tried and tested a lot of products. Some good, some bad and some just downright awful. It's a learning curve but here's what i've learnt and this is my guide!

Contouring is actually a lot easier than i thought it would be. I personally like to use the NYC Sunny Bronzer with my Real Techniques contour brush as i find they both work really well together. The NYC Sunny Bronzer is the perfect contour for any fellow pale girls out there who like me, have a lot of trouble finding a bronzer that isn't too dark!

Highlighting is one of my favourites parts of applying my make up and i wear it everyday! I have a few highlighters i love but right now i adore the Too Faced Candlelit Glow highlighter as it's just so gorgeous. I use my ELF Angled Blush Brush to apply it too.

I apoligize for my terrible Paint Skills.
What do you use as your contour/highlight? Tell me in the comments!
Lots of love,
Rosie xo

October Favourites!

Oh my god, is it really November? Already?! I swear it was summer like, the other day? It feels like i've only just put up last months favourites but here i am again, here to tell you about the products i've been loving all throughout the month of October.

The weather has been awful here in England. Cold, windy and wet! Yuck. My skins been needing a lot of extra TLC recently as it's already very dry and this weather just makes it worse. I've recently started to use my Garnier Moisture Match again, every night before i go to bed as it really helps hydrate my skin. I use a different moisturiser in the morning, but this one has a bit more of an 'intensive' feeling to me. It's super gentle on my sensitive skin too and i really enjoy the smell of it too.

I've been loving the L'Oreal Full Restore Leave In Conditioning Spray (i like the whole range, but this product i love especially!). It really helps make my hair feel super soft and healthy and it leave my hair smelling really fresh and clean. I use this after i wash my hair on the ends to help conquer any damage caused by bleaching/dyeing my hair over the years.  I'm loving how a lot of drugstore/high street brands are coming out with 'gothic' collections and i've really loved the Models Own Velvet Goth polish in "Obsidian" which is a really gorgeous black with gold shimmer. It's really lovely and unlike other polishes with glitter, it doesn't have that horrible sandpaper feeling to it. I'm definitely going to be picking up the rest of the collection.

I've also been loving Sleek's Antique blush from the Vintage Romance collection as it's just the perfect Autumn cheek colour. Very subtle and natural but with some soft shimmer, it's just gorgeous. I reviewed it in full here. Last but not least, i can't stop reaching for the MUA Undress Me Too Palette as it's got so many fabulous Autumn shades and you can create so many different looks with it! The quality is brilliant and it's so cheap at only £4!

My Slimfast Diet: Week 3!

Hello everyone! This is my week three update of my Slimfast diet. I've been really enjoying this diet, especially now I've weighed myself and seen some differences on my body. My tummy has got a little flatter, I've never had that much of a problem with that compared to other areas, and I've been told my face looks slimmer which i hadn't noticed but was nice to hear anyway.

As I've cut out Coca Cola and other high calorie drinks and switched onto drinks like diet coke, I've definitely seen a difference. I never realised how many calories i was drinking for no reason! I've been craving lots of 'sweet' flavours this week, so I've been having hot chocolate everyday. I love the Cadburys Highlights Hot Chocolate which is only 40cals per cup! Satisfies a craving plus it's super yummy. Houmous and carrot sticks is a great snack at work as it's tasty but not loaded with calories.

I've decided to only do one more week of Slimfast, or until my drum runs out and then try a different diet. If i don't find another diet that i feel works for me, I'll go back on Slimfast. I'm really proud of myself for losing this weight as before I've never had the willpower to last more than a day dieting.

I've loved using apps to help me too, i use the MyFitnessPal app to track my calorie intake as it helps me keep track and not carry on eating throughout the day. As I've found Lot's of low calorie snacks and meals, i don't feel hungry often which is always good.

I've also lost another 2lbs this week! Which means I'm now at 149lbs! As my target each week is to lose 2lbs, I'm over the moon. I've had quite a few people tell me it looks like I've lost weight :-)

Thank you to everyone who's been supporting me while i do this! I love you all!
Lots of love,

Sleek Blush "Antique"! ♥

I don't know about you but i associate some brands with specific make up products. Sleek is a brand that whenever i hear the name i think "blushes" which are probably one of my favourite beauty products to buy. They're incredibly affordable at only £4.49 and i'd say the quality is easily one of the best i've ever found. Whenever Sleek bring out a limited edition collection, i always rush out to pick up the blush, as they're just too good to be allowed!

The Sleek blush in "Antique" is from the Vintage Romance Collection, which is a really lovely collection for the Autumn/Fall time. Antique is a dusty rose colour with soft silver glitter running through it. Sleeks packaging is lovely, black and sturdy feeling with the shade name on the back, they look a lot more expensive than they really are.

I love using this blush as it creates a really natural looking flush to the cheeks. With these blushes you can use them lightly for a subtle flush of colour to the cheeks or built up for a more dramatic look. I love how defined my cheeks look when i wear this blush. The staying power of these blushes is amazing, they easily last 10hours on me without any fading whatsoever. Bargain!

Have you tried this product? What did you think? Tell me in the comments!

Beauty Haul! ♥

This weekend, i thought i'd treat myself to some new beauty goodies to celebrate myself getting a full time office job after so long! I knew a couple of bits that i wanted and some i just couldn't resist!

First off, i went into House of Fraser and picked up my first ever NARS product. I'm really not sure why it took me so long to own a NARS product but i now finally, am the proud owner of a NARS Palette in "Fairy Kiss" (£32). I originally went there to pick up Albatross as i've wanted it for ages but as i'd recently bought a new highlighter i thought i'd pick up one of their infamous palettes.  Another higher end purchase is the Too Faced Candlelit Glow Highlighting Powder Duo (£25) as i had been wanting it for so long. It's gorgeous and i love highlighters as they really help complete a look in my opinion.

In Boots i picked up a couple of product i've had my eyes on for a while. First of all, i picked up one of the new Barry M Palettes as i'm very curious to see what the quality is like. I picked up the "Smoking Hot Palette" (£6.49). It contains 6 eyeshadows and 1 blush.  I also picked up Models Own "Obsidian" which i believe is in the Velvet Goth collection. I'm excited to try this and i love that the cap is velvet! I also picked up a lipstick from the new Collection Gothic Glam range (why is everything 'goth' at the moment?!) called "Scorned" (£2.99) which is a gorgeous purple. Last but not least, i bought the Maybelline Blush in "Flash Plum" (£5.19)! It's a perfect Autumn cheek shade.

What have you bought recently? Have you got anything i got? Tell me in the comments!
Lots of love,
Rosie xo
