My Slimfast Diet: Week 3!

Hello everyone! This is my week three update of my Slimfast diet. I've been really enjoying this diet, especially now I've weighed myself and seen some differences on my body. My tummy has got a little flatter, I've never had that much of a problem with that compared to other areas, and I've been told my face looks slimmer which i hadn't noticed but was nice to hear anyway. 

As I've cut out Coca Cola and other high calorie drinks and switched onto drinks like diet coke, I've definitely seen a difference. I never realised how many calories i was drinking for no reason! I've been craving lots of 'sweet' flavours this week, so I've been having hot chocolate everyday. I love the Cadburys Highlights Hot Chocolate which is only 40cals per cup! Satisfies a craving plus it's super yummy. Houmous and carrot sticks is a great snack at work as it's tasty but not loaded with calories. 

I've decided to only do one more week of Slimfast, or until my drum runs out and then try a different diet. If i don't find another diet that i feel works for me, I'll go back on Slimfast. I'm really proud of myself for losing this weight as before I've never had the willpower to last more than a day dieting. 

I've loved using apps to help me too, i use the MyFitnessPal app to track my calorie intake as it helps me keep track and not carry on eating throughout the day. As I've found Lot's of low calorie snacks and meals, i don't feel hungry often which is always good. 



I've also lost another 2lbs this week! Which means I'm now at 149lbs! As my target each week is to lose 2lbs, I'm over the moon. I've had quite a few people tell me it looks like I've lost weight :-)

  1. Well done hun! I've been doing Weight Watchers for the past few weeks and have lost 7.5lbs so far. Might give Slimfast a go tho. Every little helps ;)

  2. It sounds like you are doing great! Well done honey :) I tried the slim fast diet but I just didn't stick to it properly, definitely think I might try again after hearing that you are seeing a lot of difference!
