Weight loss Update: Week 4! ♥

First of all, i wanted to start off this post by thanking all of the lovely people who wished me luck and congratukated me on twitter and Instagram about this weight loss update. You're making me feel so positive! 

It's been like 11 days since my last update and so far so good! I've made a few changes - little ones but they're definetly paying off. I bought an exercise machine - a stationary bike - to use everyday to help get me doing some exercise. I've never been an active person but i'd really like to change that! I've been doing 25-30 minutes each day and i've been getting compliments at work ever since. I have to be really careful about exercise with my ME but so far, i haven't had any problem so i will keep at it!

I have a new favourite low calorie meal - which always fills me up and leaves me satisfied. I have one or two Quorn BBQ Fillets (88cal each) with a half bag of Golden Vegetable Rice (188cal).  This means i can eat a couple of snacks throughout the day and not worry about being drawn to the wrong foods. 

I have noticed changes in my body now - my tummy is definitely looking slimmer and my bum is also getting perkier (finally). I need to buy some weights to help tone my arms and maybe another exercise machine too, to mix things up a bit! 

STARTING WEIGHT: 168lbs
GOAL WEIGHT: 133lbs
CURRENT WEIGHT: 157lbs

I'm so happy i've lost 11lbs so far, only 24 more to go!
