MakeUp Revolution Focus & Fix Eyebrow Shaping Kit! ♥

Is it just me or does anyone else look back on photo's of their younger selves and get embarrassed by the state of their brows? Until i was around 17 i never wore make up unless it was clear lip gloss and didn't even pluck my brows. I never used to shape or fill them in either!

I'd only tried eyebrow pencils up until recently. I'd heard everyone going on about brow powders and gel and i thought it sounded way too fiddly for me. While making a MakeUp Revolution order i added the MakeUp Revolution Focus & Fix Eyebrow Shaping Kit in "Light/Medium" (£2.50 MakeUp Rev) to my basket. For only £2.50, i thought why not try it?!

It's not at all as fiddly filling in my brows using this kit, i use the applicator it comes with and lightly dab into the top left hand colour. I chose light medium as although i have medium brown hair, i dye my hair blonde and blonde hair/super dark eyebrows is one of my biggest pet peeve's. It blends well and easily and thankfully doesn't give me caterpillars. It's very easy to use and comes with a lighter 'highlight' colour to help shape your brows. I always use the wax, which I've found help keep my eyebrows to stay in place all day without smudging. I can't believe i ever thought this would be hard to do! I can't imagine going back to an eyebrow pencil now though! I don't personally use the mini tweezers included in the kit as they're just too small for me to work with unfortunately but they are a great thought for on the go hair removal!

Have you tried this product? What did you think? Tell me in the comments!
Lots of love,
Rosie xo

  2. See, I've only ever used pencils/pens on my brows; like you, I've always been put off with them being fiddly - but I guess you're right; at only £2.50 it's not going to be the end of the world if I try it and can't handle the complexity lol!
