Weight Loss Update: Week 9! ♥

It's been a while since i posted one of these! The last one i posted was my week 4 update and well, a month flew by before i even realised it! I've now been eating healthier, exercising and just generally looking after myself more for 9 weeks. 

I've added much more exercise into my routine since i bought myself a stationary bike machine. I use this when i come home from work everyday for 30 minutes. I've seen the weight coming off a lot quicker since starting this and I've started to notice my body getting much more toned - especially the thighs and stomach area. I still have under 1200 calories per day and have Saturdays 'off' as my cheat days where i can have what i want. I'm not craving any 'bad' food anymore, just certain meals like curries and pasta bakes. 

I've noticed my skin has become a lot clearer since cutting out junk food, it makes me wonder how i never noticed before! I've never lost this amount before but I'm so proud of myself and can't wait to reach my goal weight.


STARTING WEIGHT: 168lbs
GOAL WEIGHT: 133lbs
CURRENT WEIGHT: 148lbs

So now I've lost 20lbs which is a massive achievement. Only 15 more to go!
